Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date only for non Grocery or perishable items. We accept items that are unopened and in good condition. We may not accept items that have been used or opened unless received damaged or defective. If the reason for the return is a result of our error, return shipping is free. Otherwise, return shipping fees will apply and would be deducted from your refund amount.
To request a return, please visit your account orders page to locate your order, and select Request Return. You can also contact us to request a return.
Please mention your order number, item description, and reason for the return. Upon authorization of your return,a prepaid shipping label will be provided and the shipping cost for delivery and return will be deducted from any credit issued. You should expect to receive a refund within 1-2 weeks of shipping your return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns. Returns that are accepted will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
